On May 13, Moody's reduced the rating of BayernLB to A1/P-1, stable outlook. DelVal expects that Moody's will reduce the rating on the 1986 Bonds to A1/P-1. The Moody's press release on BayernLB is under "BayernLB Information."

S&P downgrades BayernLB by Lucien Calhoun	5/13/2009 3:56 PM
On May 6, 2009, S&P downgraded BayernLB to BBB+/A-2, negative outlook. DelVal expects S&P will downgrade the 1986 Bonds to AA+/A-2. The S&P press release and the BayernLB response are under "BayernLB Information."
